1. Clients Responsibilities
1. the Client hereby agrees to supply all relevant information to bookkeeper express by due dates to enable the tasks of the business to be completed on time
2. the Client agrees not to withhold any information as deemed necessary from bookkeeper express
2. Description of Service
1. maintain financial records for the Client to meet the degree of information provided by the Client
2. manage accounts as agreed (may include; debtors, creditors, reconciliation, GST, FBT, PAYE)
3. prepare profit and loss accounts and/or other related financial statements to enable the analysis of the business
4. prepare returns to the specifications as required
3. Exclusive Rights to Terminate
1. bookkeeper express reserves the right to terminate appointment at the discretion of bookkeeper express
2. bookkeeper express may outline the reasons why the appointment has been terminated in writing to the Client

1. Monthly includes the calendar month being prepared

i. (April, May, June, etc. each is a calendar month and charged per month accordingly)

2. You will be a small business

i. (small business consists of 1-5 staff)

3. You will complete all transactions to bookkeeper express cashbook business

i. (cashbook business provided by bookkeeper express)

4. Provide all bank statements copies that have business transactions

i. (business/personal)

5. You will CODE your bank statements - all that apply (for $25 +GST per week)

i. (codes provided by bookkeeper express)

6. Supply information to bookkeeper express on time to POST BOX or EMAIL or DELIVERY

i. (this is decided by your bank statement dates)

ii. (IMPORTANT – late or last minute arrivals will incur an additional fee of 20%) alternatively the documents will be completed in the next rounding -namely the next month cycle

7. If sending documents/originals you need returned; supply self addressed envelope

i. (otherwise documents are returned at end of year completion)

8. Disorganised documents will incur extra charges

i. (please email for a simple system to assist you if you need)

9. Payment to bookkeeper express is by way of automatic payment monthly

i. (20th of each month applies)

10. You will be internet connected

i. (in order to receive your monthly reports on time)

11. IRD numbers will be required

i. (for all businesses, owners. partners, shareholders etc.)

1. Payment for Service
1. the Client agrees to pay on time the invoices submitted by the bookkeeper express as seven days or otherwise agreed
2. payment to be made by cheque, automatic payment or direct credit
2. Late Payment
1. 6% per payment period (monthly) will apply
2. Legal, administrative and any collection costs incurred undergoing collection
3. The above are in addition to the monies owed

bookkeeper express shall compile the financial statements for the Client

A compilation is limited primarily to the collection, classification and summarisation of the financial information supplied by the Client

This compilation does not involve the verification of that information therefore neither bookkeeper express nor any of its employees/contractors accept any responsibility for the accuracy of the materials from which the financial statements will be prepared

Further, the financial statements will be prepared at the request of and for the purpose of the Client only and neither bookkeeper express nor any its employees/contractors accept any responsibility on any ground whatever, including liability in negligence to any other person
